Failure to follow these instructions will invalidate the possibility of return and no refund will be provided.

Biothane is printed through a UV production process. This process allows you to print the chosen graphics on the biothane, the graphics will not fade or wrinkle.

The processing is done at an Italian company. We help Italian companies.

Sparkle Unicorn products do not require any specific cleaning or maintenance products.

Biothane is a waterproof material, simply use water (with optional neutral soap) and a dry cloth to keep the product in perfect condition.

The products will be shipped from our headquarters within 15 working days from the date of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned products must be intact, complete with all parts and undamaged; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
