Why are Sparkle Unicorn products made of Biothane?

Biothane is a little known material, sometimes mistaken for plastic, but it is not! We decided to use Biothane because it is a resistant, colored (no toxic substances used) and waterproof material.

Where can I find size charts?

What if my item isn't the right size?

If your item does not fit, you can return it, return shipping costs and shipping costs for the new order will be paid by the customer.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS

Do I need to buy special cleaning products?

No, Sparkle Unicorn products do not require any special cleaning or maintenance products.

Biothane is a waterproof material, you can only use water, with some neutral soap, and a dry cloth to keep the product in perfect condition.

What happens if I use chemicals?

Our products should not be washed with chemical products, which may contain bleach. If a product is washed with a product not recommended by us, it will lose its warranty and cannot be returned and refunded or exchanged for another product.

PROMOTIONS

How can I find out about the latest promotions?

To receive all the latest on exclusive promotions, latest arrivals and early access to sales, sign up for our newsletter.

You will also receive a discount code for your first purchase. We anticipate that you will have another discount when you receive your first order.

How do I apply the promo code?

All you have to do is add the eligible items to your cart. Depending on the case, the promo code will be automatically applied or you will need to enter it manually at checkout.

My promo code has expired. Can I get another one?

Unfortunately not. Discounts and promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or points.

Is it possible to combine two promotions?

Some Sparkle Unicorn promotions are not cumulative. If there are two promotional offers available, you will have to choose which one you wish to apply. In some cases, discount codes can be applied to products that are already discounted.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

What currencies can I buy in?

The currency you use to pay is determined by the destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your purchase. If the currency you choose is not available, your order will be in EUR to ensure a competitive exchange rate.

When will my card be charged?

If you pay by debit card or PayPal, the amount will be charged when you receive the order confirmation.

Is my personal data safe?

Your personal data is safe and will never be sold, credit/debit card information is not recorded on the site.

TRANSPORT AND TAXES

How much are the shipping costs?

Each Sparkle Unicorn order has shipping costs that vary depending on the total weight of the order, the good news is that for orders over €100 no shipping costs will be applied.

When will I receive my item and how can I track my package in transit?

Once your purchase is confirmed, your order will be sent in 15 working days, we need time to produce the items. Delivery may take between 2 and 7 working days, depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is shipped and are purely indicative.

You can also follow the status of your order from your Sparkle account in the Order History section.

Do I have to pay taxes?

No, Sparkle Unicorn is currently a flat-rate VAT number which means that the final price of the item does not include taxes as the customer will not have to pay them, but we do. When Sparkle Unicorn becomes a non-flat-rate company then it will be explicitly written in the products whether the price will contain or not the taxes of the country.

I didn't receive the invoice. Where can I find it?

The invoice will be sent to you within 15 days of purchase. Currently, it is not possible to download the PDF on the site, but you can request it by sending an email to info@sparkle-unicorn.it
